This website www.taurukedras.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) establishes and enforces the privacy terms and conditions for your use of the Website. It discloses the principles and practices we follow when processing your personal data and how we obtain it.
This Privacy Policy applies to all persons who visit the Website, whether or not they are registered on the Website.

cookies mean extremely small text files that are temporarily stored on the hard drive of the visitor’s device used to browse the Website. They allow us to recognise the visitor during other visits to the Website, to save their browsing history and preferences.
We ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, transparently and fairly, for the purposes set out in advance and only to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant purposes. - we will endeavour to have inaccurate personal data rectified, completed and, where appropriate, deleted
- we will keep the data in a form and for a period of time which does not permit the identification of the data subject longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are collected, processed and stored;
- we will not provide personal data to third parties and will not disclose it to the public, except in the cases provided for by the legislation and this Privacy Policy.
Personal data processed and purposes of processing
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the consent given by the user, taking into account the requirements set out in the legislation and this Policy. Personal data is also processed for the purpose of complying with the obligations imposed on the website operator by law.
The personal data processed and the nature of the personal data processed depends on whether the person is registered on the Website or is browsing the Website as a non-registered user.
If a person is registered on the Website, the following data is processed:
identifying data provided by the data subject himself/herself (e.g. name, surname, email address or telephone number, etc.);
contact details provided by the data subject himself/herself (e.g. email address, telephone number, social network account, etc.).
If a person is not registered on the Website, the following data is processed:

Personal data is processed to ensure the attractiveness and functionality of the Website, to make decisions on the improvement of its content and software, as well as to facilitate users’ browsing of the Website, to adapt the Website to users’ needs, to provide users with personalised advertising offers and to evaluate the Website’s attendance and its performance.

Procedure for storing personal data
Data about visitors to the Website that reaches us is collected and stored within the EU, but may be transferred for storage outside the EU if necessary, ensuring that it is processed securely and in accordance with the law and the Privacy Policy.
Data shall not be kept for longer than the purposes of the processing or the legal acts require, unless they provide for a longer retention period. For example, the data of visitors who have registered on the Website is stored for at least as long as the person has registered on the Website. In addition, only updated data shall be retained, i.e. outdated (pre-update) data shall be deleted and not retained unless required by law.

The request shall be submitted in writing to the e-mail address specified in the section Principles of personal data processing of this Privacy Policy or by sending an inquiry (notification) to the company’s registered office address. The company undertakes to reply to this request/notification within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request/notification and of all the documents necessary for the reply.
In the cases provided for by law, the controller shall have the right to refuse to comply with the data subject’s requests in question. For example, where it is necessary to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations entrusted to it, to ensure national security, defence, public order, prevention or prosecution of criminal offences, to protect important economic or financial interests of the State, or to protect the rights and freedoms of individuals.
If the data subject disagrees with the company’s response or the actions taken by the company, the data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent state authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate or a court.
